Frank Dimina is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Chief Revenue Officer for Splunk. With more than 20 years of experience, he leads global sales, solution engineering, business development, partner strategy, and go-to-market execution across the globe. Prior to Splunk, he held senior leadership roles at high-growth companies including Check Point Software, Symantec, and Riptech Inc., where he developed deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and mission-driven innovation. He also played key roles in scaling successful startups and navigating complex go-to-market challenges. Dimina holds a B.S from the University of Maryland.
